The growing season continues to be spectacular. The hot-weather crops are showing vigorous growth: tomatoes are starting to set on the Early Girls and the vines are 4-feet tall; zucchini leafing out on four hills; beans winding sinuously up the poles.

Collards and broccoli are gone (but collards made one last appearance…). Brussel sprouts still inching upward.
